Agents need rails, not vibes

I like working with agents. I do not like watching them invent a new folder structure because the last one wasn't in the prompt this time.

The useful move is not a longer prompt. It is a repository that has already decided. AGENTS.md that names the invariants. A schema that is a system, not a suggestion. Fetchers that are typed and tested. A browser the agent can actually open to check its work.

Vibes are cheap. Rails are expensive to lay and cheap to run on. I will take the second every time, especially on client work where the cost of drift is a weekend you will not get back.

If you are hiring me, you are hiring the rails. The pixels come after the document has a spine.
