001 / The pile

I was tired of tools that capture URLs and forget the reason. A bookmark without a note is a graveyard. I wanted something closer to a commonplace book than a read-it-later bin.

002 / The document

Every saved piece has a quote, a why, a source, and a place in a running index. No folders-as-taxonomy. The index is the product. The reading view is a document. Sharing is a signed page, not a social card farm.

003 / After

I use it every week. A handful of writers asked for accounts. It is not a startup. It is the tool I wished existed, and now it does.
